This website, vettedgold.com, is operated by VettedGold, Auckland, New Zealand ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. The store is hosted on Shopify.

Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and suppliers may make small packaging or design updates. If an item arrives clearly different from its description, our Refund Policy covers it.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include free shipping. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price or becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

Orders and fulfilment

Your order is sent to one of our trusted suppliers, who ships it directly to you. Delivery times on product pages and in our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are your responsibility.

Discount codes

Discount codes (such as WELCOME10) can't be exchanged for cash, may have a minimum spend, are limited to one use per customer unless stated, and can't be applied to past orders.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. Content on this site, including text, images and videos, belongs to VettedGold or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.
