Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. Some products ship to fewer countries, and a few are available in the US only. Check the "Ships to" line on each product page. At checkout, you'll only see shipping for countries that product can be sent to.

How it works

VettedGold is based in Auckland, New Zealand. We work with trusted suppliers, mostly on AliExpress, who ship your order directly to you from their warehouses. This keeps prices low. It also means that if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Processing and delivery times

Processing: orders are usually sent to the supplier within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of shipping, and some can take up to 20 business days. Remote areas, holidays, peak seasons and customs checks can add extra time.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after the label is created.

Customs and import fees

Most orders arrive without extra charges. Some countries may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by local customs and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after the end of its estimated delivery window, contact us. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund (see our Refund Policy).

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
